Our Story
Mull Inc. originated as a small, family-operated business in Morganton, North Carolina. Its journey began at the well-known corner of 500 West Fleming, where the foundations of property care and community stewardship were first established.
What began as a small personal project has steadily evolved into a thriving rental management business. Now, we oversee a wide range of residential and commercial properties across town, connecting local families with homes and helping businesses find the ideal spaces to grow.

Mull Inc., one of the first oil distributors in Burke County, has been in operation since the early 1940s. Founded by B.B. Mull in Burke County, the company has partnered with ExxonMobil for over five decades.
